How much does using the Go Raise It platform for our fundraiser cost?
For events, one all-inclusive fee of 10% + GST of funds raised, covering the platform, all card fees and your campaign manager. Nothing upfront, nothing if it falls short. Minimum fee $500 + GST, only ever deducted from funds raised. For product drives it depends which way you run it — see Pricing.
Do we have to buy prizes?
No. You choose whether to offer prizes, which ones, and the budget — or none at all. Business sponsors often cover them and for Colour Runs, Fun Runs or A-thons we kick start your spot prizes with a complimentary pack.
Is it safe for students?
Yes. No search function, no personal images, randomised page links, and we recommend first names only.
How long does it take?
Colour Runs, Fun Runs & A-thons - once you sign up your campaign manager will work with you to plan it out based on your timeframes. We recommend 3 to 4 weeks of actual fundraising time.
Can we run a colour run without an event company?
Yes — most schools do. We supply colour powder from $2.00 a runner for 200g, or you source your own. You can also find companies who will come and manage the event day for you and we just supercharge your fundraising (which will assist with the cost of using them).
